Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Budgewoi Public School (meaning “meeting of two waters”), established in 1961. Our school is located on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, on Darkinjung lands, nestled between Budgewoi Lake, Lake Munmorah and the Pacific Ocean.

At Budgewoi Public School, we provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to discover and achieve their potential. We are committed to explicit teaching practices that provide students with the clarity, confidence, and skills they need to succeed. We hold high expectations for all learners, ensuring every child is challenged, supported, and celebrated throughout their learning journey.

We are extremely proud of our passionate and dedicated staff, as well as the strong partnerships we share with our families, which together form the foundation for student success.

I invite you to explore our website to learn more about what makes our school special, and I look forward to welcoming you into our community.
